| Paton's Kroy wears like iron and always looks great (85% wool, 15% nylon), but you'll need to use 2 or 3 strands of it to get knitting worsted gauge. My favourite pair at present was worked with one strand of purple and one of an ombre grey/black. It's best to keep them out of the dryer. | |||

| I recently made the December stockings in a Time to Knit Stockings from three different colors of Kroy in size 1 dpns. I noticed even while I was knitting the colorwork that the socks were starting to pill. I have never put the finished socks in the dryer but the pilling is really bad, obscuring all my hard work at the pattern so I won't be using Kroy again. | |||
