| My very favorite sock yarn is Lang Jawoll Cotton. It's pretty fine, I use size 0 needles for it. But as it has cotton in it, it is silky soft and cool, but just as bouncy as a nice all wool sock yarn. Washes just wonderfully, no pilling, no shrinking. I have made sox in several of their colors with a thin ply of white twisted in with the main color, which gives a subtle frosted look. I don't care so much for loud colored sox, but am sure this brand has some. | |||
