I absolutely love this book! At first, I just looked at all the pictures. Then I practices with the techniques for toe-up knitting. These are presented very well and I found them easy to follow. I've used it primarily as a reference book. I start with a swatch of my own handspun, and use the designs as ideas and parts of charted designs with the appropriate stitch counts. It's a wonderful book
