Sorry about my brain drain... but I have spent parts of three days counting stitches. I am working on the 1st lesson making the first contrasting color squares. I have made note of the corrections regarding the last purl row. But my problem is stitch count. I understand there are 14 stitches in the V-group. The first K7,turn,P7 uses seven stitches, then the next *--* 6 times(K6, sl1,yo etc..) uses only six more stitches of the V-group and I end up with an extra stitch when I need to start my next square. Should I be doing the *--* 7 more times rather than 6? (I am not counting the last P row.) Sorry about the question, but I need to follow the instructions EXACTLY and am not experienced enough to make my own corrections. Thank you very much for your help.
