Ruth...sounds good to me. If the needle seems too small...i.e. if you aren't happy with the way the resulting fabric looks...go up a size or two and see if you like it better. I am not familiar with LB Alpaka so can offer no input on needle size. It's up to you...whatever looks and feels best to you. Thanks for the progress update!
