Hi Carol and all,

I have my cuffs both done and was anxiously awaiting the next step. I was so excited to see lesson 2 posted. I have one of my socks about 2" past the cuff. I have decided to use Lion Brand Imagine - autumn leaves....it is so soft and I love the way the colors are coming out.

I am having trouble deciding how long to go before stopping for the heel. I know you said it was "my" decision, but how long is a "normal" sock? This is the first pair I have ever knitted for me. Your instructions are great....no trouble at all following.
